The fastest in its category

With a cutting speed of 1485 mm per second, the CAMM-1 GR series boasts the highest production speed in its class. The optimized cutting trolley increases production and minimizes the vertical distance the blade must travel. Moreover advanced tools for creating guidelines help the user in the peel-off phase.

High cutting precision, even in high-speed mode

GR cutting plotters ensure accurate and accurate results even at high production speeds. Improved cutting carriage and Blade holder, allow to work with cutting pressure equal to 600 grams force, while the new structure ensures maximum stability for high quality results.

Electronic control of pinch roller

To improve the loading of material, GR cutting plotters feature electronic pinch roller, which have more than 10 pressure setting modes, to hold even the most difficult materials, such as flocked, window blinds and thick reflective materials.

Many materials to cut

Thanks to the cutting power and the possibility of varying the pinch roller pressure, GR can cut many types of material. Adhesive vinyl, reflective vinyl, film and window blinds and much more. In addition, it is possible to cut and crease the cardboard for the realization of realistic packaging prototypes.

New Roland CutStudio software

Designed to fit into any workflow, GR has both USB and Ethernet connections and can be used with a wide range of software packages. Roland CutStudio software has been improved to speed up and simplify the management and creation of cutting files.

Includes Windows® drivers and plug-ins for Adobe® Illustrator® and CorelDRAW®. With GR you can also cut from the VersaWorks Dual software, allowing perfect integration between peripherals and supporting more complex machining requirements for cutting already printed graphics.

Includes advanced features like:

· Creation of lines: possibility to include vertical, horizontal or curved lines to facilitate peel-off.

· Perforated cut: for a professional and fast cut of labels and stickers.

· Colored cutting lines: to identify the color of the cutting lines according to the type of work to be performed.

· Paneling: to facilitate the application of large graphics.

· Scale: to scale the file size according to the unit of measure or percentage.
