GS-24 is the Roland cutting plotter of the CAMM-1 family, a concentrate of technology and design, totally renewed according to the legend of Roland's cutting products.

The GS-24 is equipped with a high-performance servo-controlled motor to provide operators with the productivity, versatility and reliability they need.
The new Roland cutting plotter is equipped with a new trolley and a newly designed blade holder, completely redesigned with respect to the previous model, to ensure maximum stability during operation.
The cutting power of 350 gf and the repeated cutting function allow the GS-24 to easily manage, in addition to the classic digital printing media such as vinyl, heat-transfer and flock, also special materials such as magnetic and cardboard

New interface
The new LCD panel allows the operator to manage all the main functions of the device, greatly increasing productivity. A supplied roll holder assures the correct sliding of the material, allowing to obtain results of high precision and quality.
The GS-24 is equipped with an LED that warns the operator about the status of the device, becoming red when errors occur.

Applications
Combining speed, precision and versatility, the GS-24 is an ideal peripheral to create a large number of graphic applications.
Stickers, labels, thermo-transferable graphics for the personalization of clothing and accessories, signs, pre-spaced vinyl writing, signage work, special effects with reflective films, graphics for long-lasting vehicles and much more.
Moreover, by exploiting the cutting through function, operators can directly produce labels, tags of the preferred shape and many other particular applications.

Optical reader and registration marks to cut color graphics
The GS-24 is equipped with an optical sensor installed on the cart that allows you to automatically determine marks or registration points printed with a common color laser or inkjet printer.
This function, which can be controlled directly from the machine's software, allows to precisely cut out the printed graphics and is very useful for all operators who personalize clothing, objects or make colored stickers.

Software supplied
The GS-24, like other Roland cutting plotters, is equipped with RIP CutStudio ™ software. CutStudio ™ allows the operator to create and modify logos and writings, repositioning, rotating, scaling and mirroring the graphics according to the needs and requests of the customers.
CutStudio ™ is equipped with a paneling function, which allows you to manage large images by dividing the graphics into smaller parts. CutStudio ™ allows you to use TrueType® fonts by automatically tracing cutting paths. In addition, the software supports various file extensions such as BMP, JPG, STX, AI and EPS formats and can be launched directly from the main graphic software as a plug-in, greatly facilitating the workflow.
