Greater versatility

MPX-95 is a versatile device capable of photoengraving objects in different materials. By removing the base you can customize larger objects, while with the optional kit you can increase business opportunities with new applications.

The kit includes:

• Mobile self-centering vice with locking pins
Vice with locking pins of different sizes for the personalization of irregularly shaped objects. It allows photoengraving pet tags, jewelry, costume jewelery, cylindrical objects such as metal bottles and bottles.

• Fixed self-centering vice
Fixed vice to reduce set-up times and customize different objects in succession.

• Feedback plugs
The stop caps allow the photoengraving of objects and curved surfaces. The optional kit includes 30 stopper plugs.

Variable data

Dr. Engrave software is included and allows you to photoengine serial numbers, names and codes on different objects thanks to the variable data function, simply by importing TXT or CSV files. Safety numbers can also be added on precious jewels and fashion accessories.

Photorealistic results

METAZA MPX-95 uses a diamond tip to photoengraise the surface of the object with speed and precision. Reproduces graphics, logos and texts on different materials, with photorealistic quality. The engraving depth is given by the force with which the tip impacts the surface and derives from the nuance of the original photo, transformed into shades of gray.

Laser pointer

Thanks to a laser pointer, the point of origin of the work can be established exactly. The risks of misalignment and material waste will be zeroed, for perfect results every time.

Software included

MPX-95 comes with METAZAStudio and Dr. Engrave software to allow you to be productive immediately.

METAZAStudio
It allows you to import and edit EPS, JPEG and BPM files, or use images stored on cameras, scanners and smartphones. Add texts, contours and backgrounds. Rotate written and images. The software also supports vector files.

Dr. Engrave
It uses TrueType fonts and includes an automatic layout function to import information from Excel and CSV databases. It supports creating files for printing with variable data.

Technological combination

By combining photoengraving with printing and cutting technology (VersaSTUDIO BN-20 or TrueVIS) or UV LED (VersaUV LEF), MPX-95 can extend the number of graphic applications that can be realized.
