A compact device
A compact profile, a small footprint and noiseless work are the features that make the EGX-30A the ideal desktop engraver in the office, in the laboratory, at the point of sale and even in the home.
Structurally, the control part is placed on the front side, with direct access to the knobs that regulate the rotation speed of the spindle and axis movement. The movement keys, always allocated on the front, allow moving the axes in the desired direction during the setting phase.
The function selection keys allow you to set the origin, engraving mode, run a test, pause or move the axes to allow the operator to view the job. The power button allows you to put the machine on stand-by or turn it off permanently.

Ease of use
Roland, with EGX-30A, has created an easy to use engraver, to be immediately productive. The machine is, in fact, designed to be used immediately.
The controls are placed in an accessible and intuitive way and with a simple button it is possible to reveal the thickness of the material when the tip of the tool touches the surface.
During engraving, both the movement speed and the spindle speed can be adjusted simply by turning the knob located on the control panel.

Equipped with a specially sized brushless DC motor, EGX-30A has excellent production characteristics.
Whether you are customizing gift items or prizes or clothing decoration with rhinestones, the increased speed of production increases the productivity of the engraver.
The rotation speed of the spindle allows you to work the different materials for the Engravers safely. Brass and aluminum can be machined with a diamond-tipped tool. Dedicated transmission belts allow a smooth rotation of the spindle. The control and movement electronics adopt different circuit devices for the management of data and commands.
The connecting cable used also provides a structure that is resistant to traction and twisting. These features allow a higher execution speed up to 30% compared to the previous series, with the same worked file.

Software included
EGX-30A is supplied with a software package containing the Dr.Engrave application to start recording immediately and the dedicated management driver to use EGX-30A with the most common vector graphic applications.
